Ordering
Ordering via JML eplus is easy and fast. We will walk you through the entire ordering process step by step. You can submit orders in the following ways:
- Via the webshop
- Via a quote
Would you rather have the help of an employee? Please contact us. This can be done by phone, e-mail, or Whatsapp.
Ordering via the webshop
First of all, you need to select at least one product and place it in the shopping cart. You do this by navigating the menu and selecting the desired products. Once you have found the product you are looking for, you can click on the photo or the product name to see more information about the selected product. By pressing the ”Add to Basket” button, you choose to place the selected products in your shopping cart. You will see a notification that the selected product has been placed in the shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or go to the overview of your shopping cart.
If you want to continue shopping, repeat the steps mentioned above. If you want to checkout, you need to go to the overview of the shopping cart. Then you fill in the personal data. On this page you will also find the option to select a different delivery address and post any comments.
On the next page, choose your preferred payment method and shipping option. More information about the possible payment methods and the conditions can be found below.
Always check if the details on the order page are correct, if this is the case you can continue the order by pressing the ”Order these items” button.
During all steps of the ordering process, you have the option to view and correct previously made input errors.
After you agree to the terms and conditions and confirm that you have reviewed the order, you will be taken to the payment page of the selected payment method.
You will receive a copy of the order by e-mail after completing your order. If you have not received a copy of your order, for example because you have entered your e-mail incorrectly, you can let us know by e-mail or telephone.
Tip: Check your spam filter.
Payment
You can pay in the following ways:
- iDEAL payments: Via iDEAL you can pay securely online via your own bank. There are no additional costs for this payment method.
- PayPal: Via PayPal you can easily order your products safely, quickly and anonymously. JML eplus does not receive any compensation for selecting this payment method.
- Credit card: Similar to PayPal, you can choose to pay with your credit card. There are no additional costs for this payment method.
- Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the postpay payment method(s). Payment must be made to Klarna. You can find more information in Klarna’s terms of use. General information about Klarna can be found here. Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection law and as described in Klarna’s privacy statement.
- in3: Payment in instalments with 0% interest. You pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. When ordering, you pay the first part via iDeal. Your purchase will then be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part.
Shipping
All shipping is free.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by JML eplus.
Returns
As a JML eplus customer, you have a period of 90 days to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product. This period is called the return period.
Is the product not to your liking or did you order incorrectly? Then you can easily register your return online. On this page you will find the right steps for a smooth handling and free shipping of your return.
Have you received a damaged or defective product? Please contact our customer service. Make sure you have your order number ready.
Register Return
Follow the steps below to return a product correctly:
- Register return
- Always register your return via on this page via the return form.
- Receive shipping label
- You will receive your shipping label by e-mail within one working day after registering your return.
- Return Within 14 days of registering
- You return the undamaged products in the original packaging.
- Always use the return label you received from us for this.
- If you don’t have a printer yourself, show the shipping label on your mobile at the parcel point.
- The parcel point will then print the label for you.
- Payment
- You will usually receive your refund (including shipping costs) within a few business days, but no later than 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product meets the conditions.
- For this we use the same payment method as you had chosen yourself.
- Please also note that if you exercise your right of return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs at most.

Return Conditions and Exceptions
Return period: As a JML eplus customer, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product.
In order to be able to return products, the following points are important:
- Damaged and/or defective product
Did you receive the product damaged or in a defective condition? Please report this to our customer service within two weeks of receipt at the latest. We will process your return notification and send you a replacement product. If the product has failed over time, please check our Warranty and Repair section. - Use of the product
The product may be tested, but not have been installed. It must be in its original condition so that it can be resold. At JML eplus, we understand “use” to mean that the product can only be tested once, as you would do in a physical store. If the product has actually been put into use after assessment, the right of return expires. - Complete product
All parts, mounting materials and accessories associated with the product must be present at the time of return. - Original packaging
The original packaging (if possible) should be present. Make sure it is in the best possible condition. - Payment
- The entrepreneur will use the same payment method the consumer used for the refund, unless the consumer agrees to a different method.
- The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
- If the consumer opted for a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur is not required to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.
- Valid RMA number
Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused as we cannot process the return correctly for you. So always make sure you mention this number when returning. If you do not have an RMA number, please contact our customer service.

Exception to the right of return
Items that have been customised by the customer e.g. Zura custom designed fascia cannot be returned.
Warranty & Repair
At JML eplus, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your product does break within the warranty period, you can claim the warranty. The Rolec EV chargers come with a manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page ranging from 3-5 years.
To report a defect, you must contact customer service. They will ask you some questions to properly assess the defect. Please state the order number.
Depending on the situation, we may first wish to receive the product back for examination and/or repair. In that case, you will receive a return label from customer service, with which you can return the item free of charge.
After receiving the product, we will examine it carefully. If possible, we will repair the product. If the defect is irreparable, we will offer a replacement product.
You will be contacted within 3 to 5 working days after receiving your item about the assessment of the item. If applicable, we will send a replacement product under warranty.
If, for any reason, the warranty entitlement has expired, but we can repair the item, we will contact you to discuss any costs before we actually carry out any work. So you will never be surprised by an unexpected bill.
Please note that we do not give refunds in the event of a warranty claim. We will repair the product and send it back to you, whether or not to offer a replacement.
Complaints Procedure
JML eplus strives for perfect satisfaction. If you have a complaint, we will also do everything we can to handle this complaint to your satisfaction. In addition, we are open to improvements and innovations.
You can submit the complaint online, in writing or by telephone. In many cases, the solution is quickly found that is acceptable to both parties.
