COMPETITION JANUARY 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is JML Services VOF (JML eplus), registered in the Netherlands, with its registered office at Vogelaer 11, 2675SH Honselersdijk, The Netherlands (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is only open to residents of the Netherlands aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 1 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 (CET) on 31 January 2026.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Like the Promoter’s competition post or page
2. Share the competition post
3. Complete the entry form on the Promoter’s website

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. The Prize

• One (1) winner will receive one (1) Rolec EVO EV charger valued at €720.00 (incl. btw).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Installation is not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.
• The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be delivered to a residential address within the Netherlands only.
• Delivery times may vary and are subject to availability.
• The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Publicity

• By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or place of residence for promotional purposes on the Promoter’s website and social media channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Personal Data & Privacy (GDPR)

• Personal data provided by participants will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

10. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect, lost, or delayed entries due to technical failures or other reasons beyond its control.
• To the extent permitted by Dutch law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition and these Terms & Conditions if required by circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote the competition.

12. Governing Law

• Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
• This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
