The Rolec EVO Smart EV Charger package combines intelligent EV charging technology, advanced three-phase load balancing, and professional installation into one complete solution for homes and businesses. This package includes the smart Rolec EVO charger, the Rolec EVO Three-Phase Load Balancing CT Clamp Set (ACSR5013), and a basic installation service within the Netherlands, providing everything needed for safe, efficient, and future-ready electric vehicle charging.

Designed for fast and reliable charging up to 22 kW, the Rolec EVO supports all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles and offers flexible charging control through plug & go, mobile app, or RFID card authentication. The free ROLEC EVO mobile app allows users to monitor charging sessions, schedule off-peak charging, and optimise energy usage directly from their smartphone. With OCPP 1.6 compatibility, the charger can also integrate with third-party charge point management systems for advanced monitoring and control.

The included three-phase CT clamp set enables intelligent dynamic load balancing by continuously monitoring the electrical consumption of the property in real time. The EVO charger automatically adjusts its charging power based on available electrical capacity, helping to prevent overloads and reduce the risk of tripping fuses or circuit breakers while still delivering the fastest safe charging speed possible. The system also supports solar integration, allowing excess solar energy to be prioritised for EV charging through ECO and ECO+ charging modes for more sustainable and cost-efficient operation.

Built with safety and durability in mind, the EVO includes AC and DC residual current protection, PME fault detection, lightning and over-temperature protection, as well as IP54 and IK10 certified construction for reliable indoor and outdoor installation. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth LE, and RFID support, ensuring flexible installation and smart energy management capabilities.

The included basic installation covers wall or pole mounting, connection within the meter cupboard, 5 metres of installation cable and conduit, protective electrical components, minor excavation and drilling work, and setup of the mobile app on one device. Installation is completed by a qualified installer and includes a 2-year installation warranty, while the Rolec EVO charger itself is backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty for long-term peace of mind.
